Coconut Oil is a Powerful Prevention Nutrition for Damaged Teeth

Consuming too many sugary foods or drinks can cause tooth decay. The researchers found that the content in coconut oil may help overcome the damage to the tooth. Tooth decay affects between 60 to 90 percent of children and nearly all adults in industrialized countries. 

The new fact that coconut oil will fight the bacteria in plaque, prevent spoilage. Researchers from the Athlone Institute of Technology (AIT) in Ireland experimented with ordinary coconut oil, and coconut oil fed an enzyme, to see if it has any effect on tooth decay. 

They found that the head of the oil is effective in destroying most of the strains of bacteria, especially Streptococcus mutans and Streptococcus, the bacteria that produce acids and is a common cause of tooth decay, as reported by Healthmeup.

These findings provide fresh air to the world of health, especially the health of the mouth. Enzymes in coconut oil may help in keeping your mouth healthy. This could be another alternative because many oral health products that contain chemicals.
